Book Renewal

Books can be renewed using one of the following options:

1. IVR (Interactive Voice Response):
• Dial 860 3015 and press 1
• Enter your ID & office phone #
• The system will generate a reference number which should be noted down by the caller for future reference.
2. E-mail : lib-circ@kfupm.edu.sa
3. Online 'Self-Renewal' Feature By visiting the library website www.kfupm.edu.sa/library and following these steps:
1. Click Online catalogs followed by Horizon catalog (HIP), or go directly to the HIP main screen libraryhip.kfupm.edu.sa
2. Click My Account and enter your KFUPM ID number and PIN # and click Login
3. Click Checked-out and to renew all items, click the top box below Renew, or to renew selected items, click individual box against the desired item.
4. Scroll down and click the Renew button on the left side of the screen
5. For any help on Self-Renewal, please call the Circulation desk on 03-860-3077.

1. Please note the items on hold; overdue items and users with unpaid fines will not be allowed to renew.
2. Maximum number of renewals allowed as per 'Circulation Policy' is 3 times.
